GOAL
Our goal was to increase overall brand awareness. Drive engagement between brand and current and potential customers.
SOLUTION
We created a strategy and visual guidelines specifically for Facebook and Twitter. By creating and posting carefully curated content consistently on Facebook, and engaging with the community to grow and foster fans, a fan base developed rapidly.
On Twitter, daily community management to target those who might be interested in the brand, and answering all customer inquiries. This strategy also helped build the loyalty of the fanbase.
